There are a many programs throughout Sarnia-Lambton that offer food assistance including hampers and meal programs.

Community Meals:

Food Banks:

Inn of the Good Shepherd 115 John Street, Sarnia 519-344-1746	9:30-11:15 a.m. Monday to Friday provide food packages full of staples and some fresh food when available

Contact House Food Bank 16 Main St. S, Forest 519-786-5692	9:30-1:30 p.m. Tuesdays only provide emergency food relief
Petrolia Food Bank 4156 Petrolia Line, Petrolia 519-882-3950	9-11:30 a.m. Mondays only provide emergency food relief for Lambton County
