Health Care Options
The Ontario Government provides information on different health care options available in the province in 28 languages including Spanish, Arabic, French and Chinese.

Mental Health Resources
The Centre for Addictions and Mental Health provides information on mental health including coping with stress and asking for help in 16 different languages. The Ontario Government provides information on its dental programs in 17 languages including Spanish, Arabic, Chinese and French.
